Ginger Oil

Ginger is cleaned and sliced, and the essence of the entire ginger root is slowly extracted in a distillation pot with water vapor at 60 °C or less. The extracted oil is clear in color, pure in aroma, and free of chemical additives. Ginger Oil is non-greasy on the skin and is used by massage therapists to relax the shoulders and neck and relieve muscle tension; it is added to body lotions to help improve skin tone and local blood circulation; and when dripped into a diffuser, the aroma of Ginger Oil fills the space with warmth and refreshing aroma.

Types and extraction methods

Essential oils: extracted by steam distillation, rich in volatile components (such as gingerene and gingerol), with a strong smell.

Extracted oil: extracted by cold pressing or oil immersion, retaining more non-volatile components (such as gingerol), with a thicker texture.

Main ingredients

Zingiberene: anti-inflammatory, antibacterial.

Gingerols: antioxidant, pain relief.

Shogaols: promote digestion.

Application
